Akin is an Accountant of international repute having worked for major UK organizations like GMAC (the Finance Arm for General Motors), and NTL (now Virgin Media - a major European Telecommunications company) amongst others, amassing relevant experience of over 8 years in finance and business administration.

He has held ‘C’ Level positions in various Nigerian organizations and in a recent role as Chief Finance Officer, he also acted in the capacity of the company’s Chief Operations Officer, exposing him not only to ensuring availability of finance but also being actively involved in the day to day operational activities, embarked upon in a bid to delivering service to their ‘Enterprise Network Service Provider’ client.

He steered the company from a $0 to $14m (USD) operation, over a 20 month period. This turnover was funded by about N500m which was raised through a combination of various finance products from local banks, in the same period.

Akin is an Accounting graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and the Thames Valley University in the UK. He is an Alumnus of the acclaimed Pan African University’s Lagos business School as well as the IESE Business School in Barcelona. Akin currently sits on the board of various UK and Nigerian Businesses and is a founding partner of wireless newmedia.

Bamidele is an accomplished IT consultant with demonstrated success in implementing and supporting IT solutions that streamline business functionality, efficiency, and decreased administration costs. Equipped with a diverse technical background, has proved the ability to quickly adapt to differing environments, providing cost saving results.

She possess over 10 years cognate experience, within the IT industry of which over 4 years was spent consulting for various telecommunications companies including NTL (now Virgin Media), Cable & Wireless and O2 Network.

Bamidele has a particular passion for and abilities in, relationship management and uses her strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build effective, long-term relationships with clients and partners, and works with teams to facilitate the construction of powerful relationship development solutions.

Bamidele is dedicated to growing people and organizations, she coaches and mentors professionals in personal and career development, and consults and trains in self development and actualization of skills and best practice with outstanding results for both teams and individuals.

Lanre Sonuga has a degree in Business Administration, a Masters in Information Technology, is a qualified Financial Adviser (CeFA) and is currently studying towards an Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) UK.Lanre worked for the Financial Services Authority (FSA) UK, in various risk management roles including Internal Risk Mitigation/Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects.

He also has strong interests in knowledge management and has written papers on: Knowledge management & Data Protection the way Forward, Business Assurance – A quasi auditing function, Business review and Audit, Records Management – Implementation Action Plan.

On moving back to Nigeria Lanre Joined Leadway Group as a shared resource responsible for the facilitation, development, implementation and monitoring of Risk Frameworks across the group. At Leadway Pensure PFA he successfully implemented a risk function and reported to the MD, Board Risk Committee and Management Risk Committee on all risk issues.

At Leadway Assurance he was leading on the Implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function reporting to the ED Financial Services and Systems and the Leadway Assurance Technical Board Committee before leaving to join wireless newmedia as the Chief Operations Officer.

Fransisco holds BSc in Building Services engineering and over 8 years experience in Project Management with a focus on the integrated solutions for Building services industry.

He has a broad spectrum of experience across many sectors and has particularly been involved with a series of prestigious public sector, aviation, commercial, residential and mixed use schemes in the UK.

He has experience in a wide variety of control system applications, with particular expertise in integrating all aspects of mechanical and electrical services, converged communication Network Design and Systems Integration on major building projects.His skills extend from design management to high level verification of building services design and installation.
